The ideal candidate will ensure the security, integrity, and performance of our databases while implementing best practices for data management, backup, and recovery </p><p></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities: </strong></p><ul><li><p>Design, install, configure, and maintain SQL Server databases to support business applications. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Monitor database performance, implement tuning improvements, and optimize SQL queries. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Develop and manage database security, ensuring data integrity and compliance with industry standards. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Perform regular database backups, recovery testing, and disaster recovery planning. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Automate database processes and implement monitoring tools for proactive issue resolution. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Troubleshoot database-related issues and provide timely resolutions. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Implement and maintain high availability (HA) and disaster recovery (DR) solutions. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Maintain detailed documentation of database configurations, procedures, and policies. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Stay updated with the latest advancements in database technologies and best practices. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Participate in strategic planning for database infrastructure improvements and scalability. </p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Requirements / Qualifications: </strong></p><ul><li><p>Education:  </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Experience:  </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>7+ years of experience as an SQL Database Administrator. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Skills: </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Expertise in SQL Server (2016/2019/2022) and Azure SQL. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Strong proficiency in T-SQL, stored procedures, indexing, and query optimization. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Knowledge of backup and recovery strategies, high availability solutions (Always On, Mirroring, Replication). </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork abiliti
