As a Senior Partnership Development Manager at Climeworks, your mission is to develop new partnerships with leading corporates across Europe and drive the growth of the business. You prioritize & develop the go-to-market and pipeline strategically, advise companies on their net-zero journey and the business case for Carbon Removal, negotiate and close partnership agreements, and orchestrate world-class customer management. Go-To-Market & Pipeline Development: You lead the go-to-market and develop your own pipeline by identifying and prioritizing promising accounts, connecting to key stakeholders, and building strong relationships across all seniority levels. Market Presence & Outreach: You represent Climeworks Solutions at leading conferences and industry events, initiate communication campaigns, and leverage internal and personal networks to create new opportunities. Customer Solutions & Proposal Development: You lead the offering process by analyzing customer needs and climate strategies, building tailored carbon removal portfolios, and supporting business case development with cross-functional experts. Partnership Development: You maintain and grow relationships with industry alliances that contribute to commercial success. Negotiation Leadership: You lead negotiation phases, coordinating inputs from all relevant departments and specialists. Account Management & Delivery: You own customer success, oversee the delivery of carbon removal credits, and provide relevant market and portfolio insights to customers.
