Software Engineer

<p>We are looking for someone to own our entire software stack.</p><h3><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h3><ul><li><p>Build and maintain our software that gives customers real-time insight into their machines and infestations</p></li><li><p>Own the software stack end-to-end, architecture, reliability, scalability and new features</p></li><li><p>Train and fine-tune the AI/ML models that power detection and decision-making in our machines</p></li><li><p>Design and maintain databases and data pipelines</p></li><li><p>Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment infrastructure</p></li><li><p>Monitor system performance and handle incidents when things break</p></li><li><p>Work closely with the hardware team to make sure software and machines play nicely together</p></li></ul><h3><strong>Qualifications</strong></h3><ul><li><p>3+ years of software development experience, ideally at a startup</p></li><li><p>Comfortable owning a full-stack codebase end-to-end (frontend, backend, or both)</p></li><li><p>Hands-on experience training or fine-tuning ML models, you don't need to be a data scientist, but you need to be comfortable getting into it</p></li><li><p>Experience building web or mobile apps, bonus if they talk to hardware</p></li><li><p>You move fast and don't wait for perfect requirements</p></li><li><p>Experience with React/TypeScript and REST API design</p></li><li><p>Comfortable with wearing multiple hats</p></li><li><p>Based in Stockholm or willing to relocate</p></li><li><p>English fluency</p></li></ul>
