Software Test Lead

You will play a key role in developing modern testing methods, influencing technical decisions, and ensuring product quality in a growing area. Why you should join us Be part of a growing and innovative R&D area shaping modern testing methods Influence technical decisions and contribute to high-quality solutions Develop both your technical expertise and leadership skills Work alongside experienced and engaged colleagues Responsibilities: Develop and lead software testing on HIL, SIL, and bench Design, implement, and maintain automated test cases Create scripts and manage automated test runs Analyze results, perform root cause analysis, and report findings Contribute to test strategy, planning, and improvements Coach and support teams in testing practices and automation Profile: A degree in Computer Science, Applied Physics and Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or equivalent Several years of experience in software testing, preferably embedded systems Experience with test frameworks is a plus Leadership and coaching skills Fluent in English; Swedish is a plus You are a proactive, collaborative team player who enjoys sharing knowledge, taking responsibility, and helping teams grow.
