Solution Analyst

<p>Nipromec Oy Ltd is an international consulting and engineering company founded in 2003. We offer design and consulting services for multiple industries with emphasis on energy and construction. Nipromec offices in Finland are located in Rauma, Turku, Pori, Tampere, Mikkeli and Helsinki. Group has offices also in Malmö in Sweden and Erlangen in Germany. </p><p>We are now looking for a SOLUTION ANALYST for our clients project. The location of the position is either in Espoo, Finland or Solna, Sweden. There is a possibility for a hybrid work in this position. The position starts in August and the duration of the project is until 12/2026.<br></p><p>Main tasks include: </p><ul><li><p><span>Leads and predicts in Finnish or Swedish Energy-as-a-Service growth projects assessing their profitability for resource-allocation at different decision points and supports in the development of related technical and commercial solutions with continuous financial evaluation. </span></p></li><li><p><span>Prepares and sometimes presents value-selling oriented materials to customers in these projects</span></p></li><li><p><span>Works on multiple analytical workstreams simultaneously, often with varying complexity and timelines. Handles large datasets and complex financial models with the responsibility of turning them into actionable insights for both us and our customers.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Participates in workflows with several specialist participants. </span></p></li><li><p><span>Works with stakeholders from varied engineering and business backgrounds from operational specialists to VP-level leaders, which requires discretion in output’s level of detail and tone.</span></p></li><li><p><span>No direct budget ownership, but strong influence on financial planning and investment outcomes.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Contributes to evaluation and follow-up of significant CAPEX investments.</span></p></li></ul><p>We expect:</p><ul><li><p><span>Relevant degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field'</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills</span></p></li><li><p><span>Proficiency in Excel</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience in financial analysis, investment evaluation, or business analytics</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience in sales or other background in persuasive communications is an advantage</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience working with large datasets and applying mathematical models such as linear programming or machine learning is an advantage</span></p></li><li><p><span>Understanding of energy or district heating markets and technology is an advantage</span></p></li><li><p><span>Fluency in Finnish or Swedish</span><br></p></li></ul><p>For more information please contact Nipromec Group HR & Recruitment Specialist Meri-Tuulia Ritasalo, meri-tuulia.ritasalo@nipromec.com.<br></p><p>The position will be filled as soon as suitable candidate is found, so apply this position immediately.
