Solution Engineer (OneTrust)

We bridge clients and partners & professionals throughout the talent supply chain, for the benefit of individuals, organizations and society. 🔹 For our Client from automotive industry, we are looking for Solution Engineer - remote with occassional visits at Wroclaw office if needed 🔹 The OneTrust Engineer acts as a bridge between business users, end-users of the platform, and IT teams. Their main responsibility is gathering requirements, configuring and implementing OneTrust modules according to business needs, and ensuring practical platform utilization within the organization. Responsibilities Gathering and analyzing business requirements from end-users for OneTrust implementation and development. Configuring and developing OneTrust modules (Consent & Preferences, Privacy Rights Automation, Data Mapping, Assessment Automation) according to business needs. Collaborating with end-users to define processes and implement OneTrust according to their expectations. Documenting requirements, module configurations, operating rules, and system dependencies. Supporting platform adoption and training end-users and IT teams. Collaborating with technical teams on OneTrust integration with ERP, CRM, HR systems. Requirements: Hard Skills Experience in configuring and implementing OneTrust modules (Consent & Preferences, Privacy Rights, Data Mapping, Assessments). Knowledge of data governance and compliance (GDPR, ISO) in the OneTrust context. Experience in business analysis and requirements management. Ability to document processes and platform configurations. Basic knowledge of SaaS integration with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, HR) Soft Skills Excellent communication with end-users and stakeholders. Proactivity and ability to clarify business requirements. Fluent English (spoken and written). Problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Best Practices Start with business: understand the user process first, then configure the module. Focus on OneTrust modules, not architecture – practical implementation over theory. Clarify requirements with users before configuration, avoid assumptions. Document everything: configurations, decisions, dependencies – for knowledge continuity.
