Staff Software Engineer - PJ (Business Customers)

We are looking for a person who has Required Solid experience as a Staff-level engineer (IC7 or equivalent) , with deep technical expertise and a strong track record of impact. Experience designing and evolving complex backend systems and architectures, preferably across multiple squads or domains. Proven ability to act as a cross-team technical leader , influencing several teams at once and collaborating with senior stakeholders. Strong stakeholder-management skills , including experience working with senior product and business leaders, negotiating priorities and driving alignment. A hands-on mindset : despite seniority and cross-scope, you still enjoy and regularly engage in technical work (architecture, coding, reviews, debugging). Based in Brazil , with full professional fluency in Portuguese; this role is focused on PJ Brazil and day-to-day collaboration happens primarily in Portuguese. Nice to have Experience building products for companies (business customers) — e.g., B2B or SMB tools, billing, invoicing, collections, tax, ERPs, or similar. Familiarity with collections / billing / tax / invoicing domains and their operational complexity.
