Position Overview We are looking for an experienced Structural Steel Fabrication Operations Supervisor to oversee daily shop operations in a fast-paced steel fabrication facility. This role is responsible for leading production teams, coordinating schedules, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on time. The ideal candidate has a strong background in structural steel fabrication, team leadership, and production planning, with the ability to work closely with multiple departments to support successful project execution.
