Structural Steel Fabrication Team Lead Location: Richmond, Virginia Job Type: Direct Hire Shift: 2nd Shift Pay: Starting at $34.00/hour (higher compensation available based on experience) Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Structural Steel Fabrication Team Lead to oversee a crew of fitters and welders in a fast-paced fabrication facility. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with a strong fitting and fabrication background who can guide a team while maintaining high standards for safety, quality, and productivity. The successful candidate will lead by example, assist with complex fabrication challenges, and work closely with production leadership to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
