Structural Steel Production Lead Location: Cocoa Beach, FL Job Type: Contract-to-Hire Starting Pay: $30.00 per hour (higher compensation available based on experience) About the Role We are looking for an experienced Structural Steel Production Lead to support daily fabrication activities in a busy manufacturing environment. This position combines hands-on fabrication experience with team leadership responsibilities and plays a key role in maintaining productivity, quality, and workplace safety. The successful candidate will have a strong background in structural steel fabrication, welding processes, blueprint reading, and leading shop personnel in meeting production objectives.
