Supply Manager

We are now looking for a Supplier Manager who will be responsible for a number of suppliers, taking an active part in the development and execution of our global category strategy of Third-Party Equipment. In the role as Supplier Manager you will work in close collaboration with our business stakeholders, our different supplier management functions and our suppliers. You will focus on - Align targets and priorities with business and key functions to support Tetra Pak’s growth and profitability. - Proactively scout the supply market across a broad range of products, including CAPEX-intensive categories, leveraging key market drivers to identify and engage best-fit partners that enhance and complete the portfolio offering. - Lead strategic sourcing initiatives, supporting stakeholders in project delivery while managing supplier negotiations, contracts, and performance. - Manage and develop the supplier base by applying established supplier management processes, ensuring full compliance with Tetra Pak procedures and standards. Required skills: A university degree within Engineering. 3–5 years of experience in supplier management, procurement, or consulting within global organizations, with exposure to engineering and product management functions Strong negotiation skills and you have proven track records of Supplier management activities in sourcing, contracting, negotiations and strategy executions. You have a very good command in English, both written and verbal. Preferred skills: - Previous experience in the food packaging and/or food processing industry will be considered a plus. - Experience in process engineering, partner integration or portfolio integration Soft skills: - As a person you are results-oriented, self-driven, pragmatic and an excellent communicator. - Building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels comes naturally to you. - You thrive in a collaborative environment and can manage ambiguity and change effectively.
