You will help customers resolve issues, answer questions, and get the most value from our communication platform.</span></p><p><span>This position is based within the Digital Mobile Operator unit and reports directly to the Support Manager DK.</span></p><p><span>You will work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure that cases are handled efficiently and professionally. By combining problem-solving skills with strong communication, you will contribute directly to customer satisfaction and long-term success.</span></p><p><span><strong id="docs-internal-guid-05672e4a-7fff-834d-7757-53ebd0395a4f">In your day-to-day, you will:</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span>Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone and email, with a focus on resolving cases at first contact</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ensure accurate case documentation and follow cases through to resolution</span></p></li><li><p><span>Drive escalations internally and contribute to the continuous improvement of our products and services</span></p></li><li><p><span>Collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers to create a seamless customer experience</span></p></li><li><p><span>Help customers get the most out of the Telavox platform</span></p></li></ul><p><span>To succeed in this role, you are customer-focused, solution-oriented, and comfortable navigating both technical and non-technical conversations. You take ownership of your work, communicate clearly, and proactively look for ways to create value for both customers and colleagues.</span></p><h4><span><strong id="docs-internal-guid-05672e4a-7fff-834d-7757-53ebd0395a4f">About you</strong></span></h4><p><span>You enjoy helping others and have a natural curiosity for technology.
