We are currently seeking an Order Administrator for an assignment with a leading international technology company (client remains confidential).</span></p><p><span>In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring an efficient and high-quality order flow. You will manage the entire process from order entry to follow-up and invoicing, contributing to strong financial control and high customer satisfaction.</span></p><p></p><p><span><strong>About the role</strong></span></p><p><span>As a Support Services Specialist, you will be responsible for:</span></p><p></p><ul><li><p><span>Managing and processing customer orders throughout the full lifecycle</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ensuring accurate follow-up of deliveries, costs, and invoicing</span></p></li><li><p><span>Supporting financial control of service assignments and deliveries of products and spare parts</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ensuring compliance with contracts, processes, and documentation standards</span></p></li><li><p><span>Maintaining ongoing communication with customers and internal stakeholders</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><span><strong>We are looking for someone who:</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span>Has experience in administrative roles, preferably within order management</span></p></li><li><p><span>Has a basic understanding of finance and business processes</span></p></li><li><p><span>Is structured, detail-oriented, and solution-focused</span></p></li><li><p><span>Has strong communication and collaboration skills</span></p></li></ul><p><span><strong>Location: </strong>Västerås, Sweden</span></p><p><span><strong>Start date</strong>: April 20, 2026</span></p><p></p>
