SWIM Resolution Engineer

For our client we are looking for a SWIM Resolution Engineer. An issue resolution engineer is responsible for identifying, analyzing, and resolving technical issues that arise in various vehicle programs during testing. The role involves a structured approach to addressing issues, ensuring they are properly documented, analyzed, and resolved. Key responsibilities: include SW Verification. Working closely together with the China team in EE Center. • Identifying and analyzing issues: Using various techniques and tools to identify issues and analyze their root causes. • Implementing sustainable solutions and preventing recurring issues. • Implementing solutions: Evaluating and selecting solutions, implementing them, and verifying and validating the results. • Collaborating with teams: Partnering with teams like products, operations, or engineering to find permanent fixes. • Contribute to implementation of agreed verification plans and test. • Reporting test progress to the test leader and project team. But also identify and escalate verification risks to management • Contribute to a culture of improvement and participating in implementing improvements to increase effectiveness and efficiency Qualifications and skills required for the role • B.Sc. Electrical or Computer Engineering or similar. • Minimum 4 years’ experience in automotive embedded systems development • Verification experience of automotive test or system development • Experience of Vector tools like CANoe or CANalyzer • Strong test analysis skills • Cultural awareness, especially China – European culture • Swedish driving license • Mandatory Mandarin (Chinese) speaking and writing and good in English (spoken and written) Personal attributes • Interest in cars and experience in driving • High communication skills • High collaboration ability Other : • Travels for participating in expeditions and workshops is expected
