System Design Lead – Plan & Manage

<p>We are currently looking for an experienced System Design Lead to join an exciting assignment within the automotive industry.</p><p>In this role, you will lead the system design work within the Plan & Manage ART. You will collaborate closely with system engineers, architects, product owners, and development teams to coordinate and drive technical activities forward.</p><p>You will also support architecture work related to Plan or Manage and ensure that incoming requirements and safety-related deliverables are reviewed and handled correctly.</p><h2>Responsibilities</h2><ul><li><p>Lead and drive system design activities</p></li><li><p>Manage and review system requirements</p></li><li><p>Define and support test strategies</p></li><li><p>Perform and review safety analyses such as FMEA and FTA</p></li><li><p>Compile and review safety case documentation</p></li><li><p>Coordinate technical work across teams</p></li><li><p>Support automation initiatives within system design</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with architects, engineers, and product owners</p></li></ul><h2>Required Experience</h2><ul><li><p>Experience within system development and system engineering</p></li><li><p>Previous experience in a lead or coordinating role</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of requirement management</p></li><li><p>Experience with safety analyses such as FMEA and FTA</p></li><li><p>Understanding of test strategies and release processes</p></li><li><p>Basic Python knowledge</p></li><li><p>Strong communication and collaboration skills</p></li><li><p>Ability to drive tasks independently and secure deliveries</p></li></ul><h2>Personal Skills</h2><ul><li><p>Team-oriented with strong leadership skills</p></li><li><p>Structured and proactive mindset</p></li><li><p>Comfortable working in multicultural environments</p></li><li><p>Strong problem-solving ability</p></li></ul><h2>Additional Information</h2><p>A Level 2 background check must be completed before the start of the assignment.
