Technical Producer - Nexon HQ Europe

<p><span>As a Technical Producer at Nexon Europe, you'll sit at the heart of how we build relationships with some of the most ambitious game studios in the industry. The role is about more than tracking milestones. You are the connective tissue between creative and technical teams across continents, helping world-class developers make the best decisions possible.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span>You'll be spending a lot of time embedded in the development cycles of a small number of high-priority third-party projects, joining from early stages and staying close through the full arc of production. At Nexon Europe you will be a genuine sounding board for the studios you work with and the primary source of technical insight for our publishing team in Korea.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span>Your passion is games and how they get made. You bring genuine technical credibility to every conversation.</span></p><p><strong>Example of responsibilities </strong></p><ul><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Act as the primary technical point of contact between Nexon's publishing arm and external development studios</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Contribute to key production milestones, reviews, and technical discussions across a portfolio of third-party titles</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Identify technical risks early and work proactively with studios to address them</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Build strong relationships with studio leadership and engineering teams</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Monitor and report on the technical health of each project throughout all stages of development</span></p></li></ul><p><strong>We would love if you have</strong></p><ul><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Documented experience as a technical producer or in a senior technical role within game development</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>A background in live service or multiplayer titles</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Professional English communication skills, Swedish or Korean a bonus</span></p></li></ul><p> <br><span>At Nexon we offer competitive salaries, a generous profit-sharing program, and much more, but most of all we invite you to take part of a journey into the unknown, to build creative, surprising and beautiful experiences together.
