You will not only perform thorough tests and document the results with high accuracy but also write test plans, develop new test methods and innovative equipment solutions to ensure we meet industry-leading standards.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span><strong>What you will do</strong></span></p><p class="MsoListParagraph"><span>· Act as a test and verification resource within an agile, cross‑functional team, supporting sprint planning, execution, reviews, and retrospectives.</span></p><p><span>· </span>Take a leading role in hardware testing<span>: planning, coordinating and conducting tests, verifications, and analyses within optics, electronics, mechanics and environmental systems.</span></p><p><span>· Being the team’s key competence in test activities by driving test planning, stakeholder alignment, prioritization, and follow-up of test execution and results.</span></p><p class="MsoListParagraph"><span>· Continuously prioritize and adapt test activities based on team needs, development progress, and risk assessments.</span></p><p><span>· Documenting findings in clear, precise technical reports in both English and Swedish.</span></p><p><span>· Developing and validating new testing methods and equipment.</span></p><p><span>· Maintaining and improving laboratory tools and instruments.</span></p><p><span>· Collaborating closely with stakeholders to ensure products meet stringent quality criteria.</span></p><p><span>· Exploring creative, hands-on solutions—perfect for someone who enjoys tinkering and practical hobby projects.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span><strong>Your Profile</strong></span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span>We are looking for someone with a strong technical background who thrives in an innovative environment and enjoys both problem-solving and collaboration.<br><br><strong>Skills and Experience</strong></span></p><p><span>· Experience with documentation management and report writing—particularly technical English.</span></p><p class="MsoListParagraph"><span>· Ability to collaborate closely with multidisciplinary team members and take shared responsibility for team deliveries and quality outcomes.<br><br></span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span><strong>Personal Qualities</strong></span></p><p><span>· A flexible, social, and communicative approach, with an eagerness to adapt to varied tasks and challenges.</span></p><p><span>· Naturally curious about science and technology, with special interest in optics and physics.</span></p><p><span>· Creativity and a passion for hands-on work—someone who enjoys experimenting and building.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span><strong>Meritorious</strong></span></p><p><span>· Experience with mechanical CAD software (SolidWorks)</span></p><p><span>· Programming experience (C# / Python, MATLAB, C/C++)</span></p><p class="MsoListParagraph"><span>· Experience of working as a contributing resource in agile or iterative development teams (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, or similar ways of working).<
