You’ll help us discover, nurture, and shape authentic testimonials that fuel our creative and marketing efforts.</p><p>You will work daily with the Testimonial Creative Producer and motion designers.</p><h3>What You'll Do:</h3><ul><li><p>Grow and scale our testimonial ecosystem.</p></li><li><p>Source and onboard real users for testimonial campaigns across multiple channels, including Facebook Groups, in-app flows, and email outreach.</p></li><li><p>Understand testimonial pricing and compensation structures, communicate clearly with contributors, and manage negotiations when needed.</p></li><li><p>Handle testimonial agreements, consent forms, rights management, and payment coordination with high attention to detail and responsibility.</p></li><li><p>Maintain a clear and structured archive of all testimonial materials, contracts, and contributor statuses across Dropbox, Google Drive, Google Docs, and internal trackers.</p></li><li><p>Ensure all materials are properly labeled, organized, and accessible for Creative Production, Affiliate Marketing, and other internal teams.</p></li><li><p>Edit and retouch photos using AI to prepare visuals for internal teams and campaigns;</p></li><li><p>Perform light video editing/marking in Adobe Premiere Pro to prepare raw materials for editors and production teams.</p></li></ul><h3>Be part of the creative production process:</h3><ul><li><p>Actively participate in creative production discussions, design loops, brainstorming sessions, and performance reviews to better understand content needs and creative direction.</p></li><li><p>Understand marketing funnels, creative requests, and performance-driven content needs to help source the most relevant user stories and materials.</p></li><li><p>Adapt existing testimonial briefs and independently create new briefs based on campaign goals and previous successful examples.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate closely with Creative Production, CRM, Affiliate Marketing, and Support teams to ensure smooth workflows and timely delivery of assets.</p></li></ul><h3>What We Expect From You:</h3><ul><li><p>Experience in testimonial coordination, UGC sourcing, content operations, community management, or user research.</p></li><li><p>Native or fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication skills — empathetic, organized, and user-first.</p></li><li><p>Strong organizational skills and comfort working with structured systems, trackers, archives, and follow-up cadences.</p></li><li><p>Ability to independently manage multiple contributors, deadlines, agreements, and creative requests simultaneously.</p></li><li><p>Basic to intermediate skills in: Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Google Workspace tools, File management systems (Dropbox, Google Drive)</p></li><li><p>High level of ownership and responsibility, especially when handling commercial-use materials, contributor payments, agreements, and budget tracking.</p></li><li><p>Strong understanding of creative production workflows and willingness to collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and creative teams.</p></li><li><p>Bonus: Airtable experience, Experience in health, wellness, or lifestyle industries, Familiarity with performance marketing creatives and UGC workflows</p></li></ul><h3><strong>Perks and Benefits:</strong></h3><ul><li><p>Open-minded teams, a welcoming and inclusive company culture, plus the opportunity to make a real difference with a game-changing health tech product;</p></li><li><p>A competitive salary based on your unique expertise, skillset, and impact on the product;</p></li></ul><p></p>
