<h2>We're looking for Warehouse Operative to <span>join Foxway and become part of a team that gives technology a second life.</span></h2><p></p><p>As a<span> </span><strong>Warehouse Operative</strong>, <span>you’ll play a key role in our sustainability mission by assisting with a variety of tasks across devices such as laptops, desktops, mobile phones, tablets, and Apple products, ensuring they are ready for reuse.</span></p><p><strong>No prior technical experience? No problem.</strong> We provide full training—what matters most is your interest in technology and willingness to learn.</p><p></p><p>📍<span> </span><strong>Location:</strong><span> </span>Braintree, Essex</p><p></p><h4><strong>What will you do?</strong></h4><ul><li><p><span>Receive inbound deliveries: unload vehicles, check quantities/condition, and book stock into our inventory system</span></p></li><li><p class="MsoListParagraph"><span>Sort, label, and stage stock for put-away, processing, or dispatch using safe manual handling practices</span></p></li><li><p class="MsoListParagraph"><span>Pick and pack orders accurately, selecting the correct items, quantities, and accessories to meet customer requirements</span></p></li><li><p class="MsoListParagraph"><span>Prepare consignments for dispatch: pack securely, label correctly, and support carrier collections to agreed cut-off times</span></p></li><li><p class="MsoListParagraph"><span>Reconfiguration of IT assets (full training provided)</span></p></li><li><p class="MsoListParagraph"><span>Put stock away to the correct locations and maintain clear, organised storage areas</span></p></li><li><p class="MsoListParagraph"><span>Use handheld scanners and systems to update stock movements, locations, and order status (full training provided)</span></p></li><li><p class="MsoListParagraph"><span>Support stock counts and basic inventory checks, reporting discrepancies or damages promptly</span></p></li><li><p class="MsoListParagraph"><span>Work to daily productivity targets while maintaining accuracy, care, and attention to detail</span></p></li><li><p class="MsoListParagraph"><span>Follow warehouse processes, health & safety guidance, and quality standards at all times</span></p></li><li><p class="MsoListParagraph"><span>Keep work areas clean and tidy and support other warehouse tasks when required</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><h4><strong>Who we are looking for?</strong></h4><p><span>We are looking for hardworking, enthusiastic and positive thinking individuals with a will to learn and progress in a fast paced environment where support and training will be provided.</span></p><p></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span><strong>Must have:</strong></span></p><ul><li><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst">Comfortable using Windows and performing accurate data entry</p></li><li><p>Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work</p></li><li><p>Ability to follow processes and instructions consistently</p></li><li><p>Positive, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team</p></li><li><p>Comfortable working in a target-driven environment</p></li><li><p>Able to drive or live locally in Braintree due to shift patterns</p></li></ul><p class="MsoNormal"></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span><strong>Nice to have:</strong></span></p><ul><li><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst">Experience in IT, refurbishment, warehouse, or production environments</p></li><li><p><span>Any Forklift licence to show you are capable (however Foxway would look to provide refresher courses to ensure safety measures are met)</span></p></li></ul><p class="MsoNormal"><span><strong>Education / Experience:</strong></span></p><ul><li><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst"><span>GCSEs (or equivalent) preferred</span></p></li><li><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast"><span>Previous experience in IT, production, or operations is beneficial but not essential</span></p></li></ul><p class="MsoNormal"><span><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong></span></p><ul><li><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst"><span>Able to lift up to 15kg unassisted</span></p></li><li><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast"><span>Comfortable with bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, sitting, and standing as required</span></p></li></ul><p></p><h4><strong>Why you will enjoy working with us?</strong></h4><ul><li><p>Full onboarding and training provided</p></li><li><p>Modern facilities including games room and breakout spaces</p></l
